Making a Reservation

The Application and Acknowledgement Form

Before any Troop, Pack, Venture Crew or Sea Scout Ship can book a campsite, Camp Richard requires that three documents, plus a deposit be submitted and approved.

Documents required include:

1. A certificate of liability insurance issued by the unit’s local council with Camp Richard named as additional insured and with the dates of the time involved time involved.
2. A downloaded and completely filled out application for a reservation.
3. A downloaded, and completely filled out, and signed Acknowledgment form

Fees:

In order to stay at Camp Richard, troops, packs and crews must pay $15.00 per person, per night.

Camping at the shelter site requires an additional $100.00 per troop, pack or crew, per night.

A deposit of $50.00 is required along with the application, acknowledgement form and certificate of insurance. A deposit of $100.00 is required in order to book the Adirondack site.
